10 Litre Pressure Fermenter and Keg

The 10L Junior is the world’s smallest and most affordable 10L pressure fermenter and keg.

It is made from clear P.E.T. material utilizing the same tank mold as other 10L kegs ensuring durability and functionality.

Using two 10L fermenters allows for splitting single batch fermentations enabling different treatments for each batch.

The compact size of the 10L Junior makes it easy to ferment up to 8L of wort.

A spunding valve is necessary to manage the internal pressure during fermentation.

After fermentation carbonation of your beer can be done directly in the 10L Junior.

You can connect the 10L Junior to a tap system or a handheld tap for direct serving from the fermenter.

Additionally transferring carbonated beverages from other kegs mini kegs and growlers is straightforward.

Note: Use phosphoric acid sanitisers with a pH range of 2.2 – 2.8 approximately 1.5 – 2ml of sanitiser per 1L of water. A pH above 2.8 may fail to prevent microbial growth while below 2.2 may affect beer flavor.

Heat can damage PET fermenters; avoid temperatures above 50 degrees Celsius to prevent softening and deformation. Allow hot cleaning solutions to cool to at least 40 degrees Celsius before use.
