This kettlebell is designed with a durable handle featuring a quick-lock mechanism enabling you to easily add or remove any of the 6 included cast iron weight plates. You can use the handle alone for light resistance or combine plates to reach your desired resistance level. With a maximum load of 18kg (40lbs) it is perfect for both beginners and fitness enthusiasts who enjoy varying their training.
To adjust the weight simply turn the dial to unlock slide in the desired number of plates and then turn the dial to the ‘lock’ position to secure them. Changing the weight takes only a few seconds making it ideal for exercises that require different resistance levels in quick succession.
Additional features include a curved easy-grip handle and a rubberized base to protect floors and surfaces. Storage is convenient; after your workout just slide in all the weight plates lock the kettlebell and store it away.
