This straight dumbbell bar is ideal for home or personal training centers. The complete set of barbells is designed for durability and safety. The straight bar measures 165 cm in length allowing for compatibility with various dumbbell sets. A suitable combination can be easily achieved with the included weights which consist of 8 different plates: 4 plates of 10 kg 2 plates of 5 kg and 2 plates of 2 kg. The star-shaped screw collars ensure that the weights remain securely in place. The bar grip handles feature a special design for optimal grip during workouts and the weights are encased in plastic to minimize noise during use.
