A mild non-ionic surfactant that is excellent for dispersing and emulsifying oil in water aiding in the creation of products such as linen sprays room scent sprays body and facial mists and other personal care items.

This ingredient enables the oil phase of formulations to blend seamlessly with the water phase keeping the oils suspended and preventing separation.
