With 3 variable speeds you can easily control the extraction rate and the charcoal filter purifies the air before releasing it back into the kitchen. The external extraction option transfers cooking odors outside using the included exhaust pipe. Assembly is straightforward making it suitable for both open kitchens with a cooking island and those without.
