System Requirements

• Compatible with Windows 10 and 11; legacy versions Windows 7/8 are not supported. Linux and macOS are not supported.
• Windows laptop or desktop with available SuperSpeed USB 3.0 port or USB-C port; DP Alt mode is not required when using USB-C.

Important Notes

• Driver installation is required. Upon first use a new USB drive will appear under My Computer or This PC; double-click the setup file inside to install the driver. Drivers can also be downloaded from the website.
• Avoid using a USB hub; connect the adapter directly to the USB port on your computer.
• This adapter is powered by the USB host and does not require external power; the USB-C port is for backup power only if the USB host cannot supply enough power.
