- Close the inlet cap after pouring in half a paper cup (60-80cc) of cold water.
- After about 7 minutes open the lid to mix the contents and it will start to warm up.
- Your meal will be ready in 5 minutes! It keeps the food warm while you eat.

- Dispose of the contents separately after the meal.
- The box is made from recyclable PP materials.
