Description
This versatile dumbbell set is ideal for targeting various muscle groups including the chest biceps arms triceps and back. It offers multiple weight options featuring four 2.5 kg weight plates four 2 kg weight plates and two 0.55 kg dumbbell bars with spinlock collars totaling approximately 20 kg. Users can easily adjust the weights for different exercises.
Constructed for sturdiness and durability the weight plates are made of cement encased in robust plastic and they can be securely attached to the bars using the included spinlock collars.
The design is user-friendly with the weight clearly stamped on each plate for quick identification. The dumbbell bars are equipped with a non-slip plastic grip for added safety during workouts.
