This Foam Games Box features durable construction and protective padding along with the added versatility of a 3-in-1 design.
Each Jump Box is designed with foam on all six sides making it firm and secure for challenging plyometric movements while ensuring safety to prevent injuries from missteps. The box can be easily adjusted to three different height settings: 20 24 and 30 inches. An 18-ounce vinyl cover is included with printed indicators for the height being used during workouts. The varying heights make this 3-in-1 Games Box suitable for multiple fitness levels.
IMPORTANT: Foam Plyo boxes should NOT be used on any smooth flooring (wood smooth concrete tile etc).
