The bench is made from high-quality steel and features a comfortable cotton-padded cushion. The adjustable seat and backrest can be easily modified to find the most comfortable position for your workouts. The included barbell and dumbbell set is designed for safety and ease of use featuring solid chrome-plated bars with quick-action spring collars non-slip knurled grips and secure fluted star-screw caps for attaching weight plates. The weight plates are encased in robust polyethylene allowing for various combinations to suit different training needs.
