Massaging a painful joint increases blood circulation promoting healing. It also relaxes surrounding muscles which can reduce pain caused by muscle tension around the affected area.
Properties of the essential oils included in this blend:
- Chamomile Spruce – anti-inflammatory.
- Nutmeg Cajeput Clove – analgesic (pain-relieving).
- Black Pepper Cinnamon Ginger – stimulant and rubefacient (warming and enhancing blood circulation).
- Peppermint – anaesthetic analgesic (provides local anaesthetic effects and a cooling sensation).
Method of application: Apply a small amount to the skin and gently massage around the affected joints. For external use only.
This product comes in a 100 mL bottle of essential oil diluted in a carrier oil ready for use.
Indication for users with sensitive skin: If any skin reaction occurs dilute the blend with a cold-pressed massage oil or another carrier oil at a 50/50 ratio.
