Massaging the affected area promotes blood circulation and aids in healing. It also helps to relax the muscles reducing pain caused by tightness around the affected joints.
Properties of the essential oils used in this blend:
- Chamomile Spruce – anti-inflammatory.
- Nutmeg Cajeput Clove – analgesic (pain relieving).
- Black Pepper Cinnamon Ginger – stimulant and rubefacient (warming and stimulating blood circulation).
- Peppermint – anaesthetic analgesic (provides a cooling effect).
Method of application: Apply a small amount to the skin and gently massage around the affected areas. For external use only.
This product comes in a 100 mL bottle of essential oil diluted in a carrier oil ready for use.
Indication for users with sensitive skin: If a skin reaction occurs dilute the blend 1:1 with a cold-pressed massage oil or any other carrier oil.
