This 13.5-inch preseasoned pizza pan is large durable and ideal for creating crispy crusts that outperform a pizza stone. The pan has a diameter of 35 cm.
Our 13.5-inch pan is perfect for making legendary pizzas flatbreads and roasted vegetables. It can also be used to cook burgers dosa crepes roti pancakes steak and more. The round pizza griddle comes preseasoned providing a nonstick-like cooking surface when used with a thin layer of oil.
It is fully compatible with gas electric and induction stovetops. This griddle performs best in the oven under the broiler on a BBQ on a camp stove or in a fire pit. Homemade pizza flatbread carne asada and paella cook beautifully on this pizza pan!
Cast iron can rust so it is important to keep it out of the dishwasher avoid soaking it overnight and not air dry it. Clean with warm water and use a flat utensil to scrape off any stuck food. For a smooth patina you can lightly polish the cooking surface with a stainless steel chainmail scrubber. Always wipe dry immediately after cleaning and apply a new layer of oil to protect against rust.
