How to use the Body Brush:
Use on wet or dry skin. For dry brushing apply medium pressure while standing on a towel or in the shower to collect the dry skin. Alternatively use on wet skin while showering. Brush in motions towards your heart to stimulate lymphatic flow and increase circulation.
