Easy and Transparent Return and Refund Policy

At Aplusliving, we offer a simple and convenient return process. Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, depending on the product’s condition and the reason for return. Our refund procedures vary based on whether the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or returned due to a change of mind.

Eligibility for Free Returns

We provide free return shipping in the following situations:

  • Faulty or defective items – Items that arrive damaged or malfunctioning
  • Shipping damage – Items that arrive broken or unusable due to transit issues
  • Incorrect item received – If you receive something different from what you ordered

For these eligible returns, Aplusliving will supply a prepaid return shipping label or arrange a courier pickup free of charge.

Non-Eligible Items for Free Return

Returns based on change of mind or preference are not eligible for free return shipping. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the return cost.

2. Returning an Incorrect Item

If the item you received does not match your order, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Returned products must remain unused and in original condition.

3. Change of Mind Returns

For change-of-mind returns, the following terms apply:

  • Return shipping must be paid by the customer

  • Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable

How to Initiate a Return
